Before I had the pleasure of working with Laura for nurse coaching, I had a significant amount of life-changing events happened to me, including a large heart tumor, multiple cardiac complications post surgery and the overall impact of how that has affected my life long-term. I feel like I lost a part of me with all of the uncertainty, scary hospitalizations and multiple terrifying cardiac conversions.
We found that I was letting my fear of the unknown control my life and my relationships, but Laura was able to help me remember who I really was inside again and that I am not a reflection of what happened to me, but I am actually stronger for what has happened to me.
She helped me in so many ways to be able to release a lot of fear, anxiety and pain. I felt so comfortable talking to her in all of our sessions. She was so kind, respectful and an amazing listener. I have no doubt that she has a natural gift and ability to help others.

Laura was organized, punctual and always had a positive uplifting message to share with me at the end of each session that helped me get through my next week, with a smile instead of living in fear. I had the privilege of having one of my sessions at her beautiful ranch. As we sat by a breathtaking waterfall on a lush, green mountain side with the beauty and sounds of nature It was a perfect atmosphere for what I needed in my session that day. Laura went above any beyond for me and knew what I needed.
Laura reminded me how just getting away from my daily routine and taking time to ground myself in nature again with the sound of the water flowing down the large rock formations into a beautiful creek side and with the birds singing in the gorgeous grown trees surrounding us I was able to appreciate what was around me instead of what hurts me and it was incredibly healing.
As Laura took me through our sessions I felt such a sense of safety and comfort with her and it was truly a beautiful release of the pain I had been storing up inside me. Laura, was like an angel to me. She truly is a gift on this earth, and I am so grateful to have had the experience of having her as my nurse coach and I hope you will too!
